We are looking for a BDC Representative to join the Kingstowne Motorcars Family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with potential new leads and provide impeccable customer support to each individual
- Answer phone calls, meet and greet individual's as they walk in.
- Liaison between Sales and Marketing
- Managing client relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure customer surveys have been sent out via email at the start of each month
- Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
